Citrus oils are great for lifting the mood and reducing stress, and bonus - tend to be popular with kids! Try carrying some essential oils in your purse for when you need them! They are also seriously reasonably priced. 
Jodi shared a lot of great hacks for better sleep! For instance:
▪ You can use essential oils like lavender or rosemary to trigger the pineal gland right between your eyes (also known as the third eye) and have your body release natural melatonin! Jodi recommends using these oils on the very top or bottom of your head between the ears.

▪ Do you ever notice you wake up in the middle of the night and can't get back to sleep? 
Sometimes if your blood sugar drops too low your body will release adrenaline and causes you to be awake.
